The challenge

Sanko Estate has been a major office brokerage service provider supporting companies’ office strategies for over 35 years.
It has gained the trust of its client by meeting all the office needs of Japanese and foreign firms.
To further increase its corporate brand recognition and credibility, it started an ambitious look & feel unification project.

Our approach

We conducted several workshops with the client to set the strategic foundation for the creatives, starting with the company’s perceived strengths, vision and mission. Sanko Estate’s desired perception was summed up as “the ones who get it done”, weaved into all design creatives and formalized into clear brand guidelines.


Sanko Estate began a new chapter in 2014 with the new image.
